  • Do you offer International Shipping?
    Yes, we do offer international shipping! Please note that items shipped to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other import fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. To facilitate the process, we will designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, clearing your merchandise and processing the actual import fees. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Jewel Square. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions.
  • What's THE RETURN POLICY
    Jewel Square offers a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the U.S. This warranty covers any quality issues arising from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps, and broken chains. We are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost packages and the original shipping charges are non refundable. It's important to be aware of the following: Bangles and eternity rings with diamonds or gemstones cannot be resized. Most rings can only be resized up to half a size. Cuff bangles cannot be altered or bent, as this may cause the diamonds to fall out. We offer jewelry repair services for a fee, but only for Jewel Square pieces. Natural gemstones may vary in appearance and size. Full pave band rings are not resizable.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    At Jewel Square, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. We proudly accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For our PayPal enthusiasts, we've got you covered.
  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
    We understand the importance of getting your order right, but unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes removing or adding products, as well as changing the delivery address. If you've made a mistake with your order information, the quickest solution is to place a new order with the correct details and let our Customer Service team know.
